General Information

The HN series Profile Sander is designed for sanding of mouldings and other lineal parts with the combination of profile belts, vibrating blocks and flexible finger abrasives. Profile belt units are used on flat and easy curved parts of the moulding while vibrating blocks are used from more detailed profiles when cutter marks are pronounced and need to be removed. Flexible finger abrasives will perform the finish sanding and de-nibbing. Vibrating blocks could be easily profiled off of the moulding to be sanded.

• 1HP or 2 HP profile belt motor
• up to 6" belt width
• 3/4HP vibrating head motor
• 100 - 1500 oscillation/min
• two 1/2HP brush unit motors
• 12" dia. X 6" width flex fingers sanding heads
• 0° to 90° all heads tilt
